Don Byrd, Personal Trainer

Please allow me to tell you why I can help you achieve your physical transformation goals. I’m a certified personal trainer with AFAA (Aerobics Fitness Association of America). I have many years of experience with physical fitness training myself and others.

A routine medical exam revealed that I was 212 lbs with 39% body fat! In disbelief, I got a second opinion only to find the same results. I was morbidly obese and totally out of shape. More relevant is that I have been where many of you are RIGHT NOW – unhappy with your body image, level of fitness and confused and frustrated as to what to do to make the change.

Embarking on a mission of consistent study and effort, I learned the skills needed to transform myself! After much hard work, I won the Natural Physique Committees Masters Mr. Virginia Body Building contest.

I’m happy to take what I’ve learned over many years to help you achieve your goals starting with the very first workout. Your goals are my priority!
